Current focus: AI-enabled motor insurance platforms

  • Version 2 platform: Fully in-house, modular, and scalable platform replacing rigid vendor solutions. Designed for flexibility, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration across insurers.
  • AI-powered remote inspections: Users capture images of vehicles, and AI performs damage detection at scale. The uniqueness is not in the AI itself, but how we apply it to solve previously unsolvable problems in vehicle insurance. Fraud and pre-existing damage that humans often miss are detected automatically, creating operational efficiencies and trust.
  • Execution impact: Completed ~9,000 inspections, on track for 20,000 by mid-year, with contracts with insurance companies, ride hailing, fleets and logisitics companies.
  • Regional expansion: On the insurance panels for 9 of the largest insurance companies in East Africa, starting with Uganda, positioning the company for regional adoption.
  • Operational transformation: Standardized workflows, automation, and streamlined quoting of parts and repairs reduce costs, improve efficiency, and provide clear audit trails.
  • Team & culture growth: Headcount nearly doubled in the past year, with strong internal structures to enable rapid growth and high-performance execution.
